The Prana-Light App projects a pulsing soft light into your darkened bedroom. This soft light provides a perfect rhythm to breath and will guide you into a relaxation phase necessary to fall asleep. Watch the pulsing light and inhale when the intensity of the light rises and exhale when the intensity of the light lowers. Try to synchronize your breathing with the light. The light and your breathing slow down over time and you relax. After a defined time Prana-Light turns off and you fall asleep or already did.
Unlike other Apps working with sounds or voices the soft light of the Prana-Light App does not disturb others. You may also combine Prana-Light with your preferred music on your phone.
